Travel Service holds the highest credit rating at UC, UC GOLD (Risk class 5). This indicates that Travel Service is a trustworthy and stable partner to do business with. The credit rating is based on “UC Risk Företag”, which is the market’s most reliable credit rating model.

Travel Service holds an AAA (triple-A) credit rating in Soliditet’s credit rating system, which is the highest rating a public limited company can receive. This requires that the company turns over more than SEK 2 million, has been active for at least 10 years, and has key figures that are significantly above the industry average. If any of these criteria are not met, the company receives an AA credit rating (good creditworthiness) or an A rating (creditworthy).

Travel Service meets PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) by using a separate payment window with the certified payment service, DIBS. The customer’s card number is therefore only handled in a secure, certified environment.

Travel Service is a member of the travel industry organisation, the Association of Swedish Travel Industry, SRF. The purpose of the association is to promote the positive development of the travel industry, and to assist its members in issues common to the industry. In order to become a member of SRF, the company must have a sound economic foundation and put in place a statutory travel guarantee. Moreover, the travel agency’s staff must have adequate experience and training.

Travel Service’s website uses cookies to collect information about how the site is used. Information is collected to optimise the site’s content and make it more user-friendly for everyone. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer. It consists solely of text, does no harm to your computer, takes up virtually no space, and does not contain any virus.

There are two types of cookies – permanent cookies, and session cookies. A permanent cookie remains on the visitor’s computer for a certain length of time. Travel Service has made guarantees to Kammarkollegiet as security in accordance with the travel guarantee act. The travel guarantee is a form of financial protection for travellers when their trip is cancelled or interrupted. The traveller can than apply for reimbursement under the travel guarantee.

The International Air Transport Association, IATA, is an international association of airlines. Its primary purpose is to represent its member airlines and to promote the reliable and safe air transportation of passengers and cargo. An accredited IATA agent receives a licence number and may issue tickets for travel on IATA-affiliated airlines. Travel Service’s IATA licence number is 80 2105 2-4 and has been an accredited IATA agent since the company started in 1991.
